Engineering, design, and fabrication of a 48”X 1,200’ overland conveyor system rated at 1,200 tons per hour of minus 10” pit run aggregate including bolt-up construction with a hot-dipped galvanized finish.

Engineering, design, fabrication and installation of 20ft. tall vibrating screen, refurbished and installed a JCI 3-deck 5 x 16 screen; supplying a new 36” wide x 125ft. long portable stacker rated at 800 tph, new belt conveyor 30” x 120ft. long rated at 500 tph and a new belt conveyor 42” wide x 75ft. long conveyor rated at 800 tph, transporting 1-1/2” minus screened rock respectively. Project included refurbishing and extending existing conveyors, new head sections and distribution chutes, new mechanical take-ups, as well as providing vulcanized splices on all new belts.
