January 2007 - We are pleased to announce the hiring of Kari Bohner as Office Assistant - Receptionist/Administrative/Payroll at the Kent Office. Please join me in welcoming Kari to Transco Northwest Inc.
April 2007 - We are pleased to announce the hiring of Jeff Gantz as Project Engineer. Jeff has over 12-years experience in management, supervision in drafting and design for a large tanks. Jeff was most recently the Detailing Department Manager for Chicago Bridge and Iron. Prior to working at Chicago Bridge and Iron, he was the Design Manager for Beal in the Tanker and Construction Divisions. Jeff is proficient in AutoCAD and has experience in programming and CAD systems. Please join us in welcoming Jeff to Transco Northwest Inc.
April 2007 - We are pleased to announce the hiring of Jared Myers in our Humboldt, Kansas facility. Jared joins our team in the Midwest as a laborer specializing in belt and repair maintenance. Please join us in welcoming Jared to our Company.

June 2007 - We are pleased to announce the
hiring of John Dorwart as Manager, Sales & Marketing, effective Monday, June
11th. John has spent the last 12-years with
Rexnord Industries, Inc. most recently as National Account Manager focusing on 4
of the 5 largest cement manufacturers in the U.S. He worked primarily with
customer corporate accounts to ensure Rexnord sellers, cement OEMs, engineering
firms and key distributors supported the customer’s plant MRO business. Prior
to his position as a National Account Manager, John was Coupling Product
Specialist supporting Rexnord salespeople in 10 states and Energy Industry
Specialist focusing primarily on power plants, coal mines, chemical plants and
paper mills.
Prior to his employment with Rexnord, he spent 8-years at
Command (U.S.) Inc. /AMOX a manufacturer of industrial oxygen and nitrogen
generators; 4-years with DCE Vokes, Inc. a manufacturer of industrial dust
collectors; and 3-years with Fluid Power Distribution as a Sales
Representative/Sales Engineer in the fluid power industry. John and his
family will continue to reside in the Louisville, Kentucky area. He will
maintain an office there. Please join us in welcoming John to the Transco Team!
July 2007 - We are pleased to announce the hiring of John Hoffman as Project Superintendent, effective Monday, July 16th. John has spent the last 9-years with Ash Grove Cement Company in Seattle, Washington. He began his career with Ash Grove as a laborer and held various positions, including: Electrician's Apprentice, Production Utility and Control Room Operator. In 2001, John was promoted to Buildings & Grounds Supervisor. He was most recently Production Supervisor at the plant and held this position since 2004. Prior to joining Ash Grove, John had a variety of jobs including spending 4-years in the minor leagues with the Seattle Mariner's organization after being drafted by them out of High School. As a young catcher with the Mariners, John's career ended after severely injuring his shoulder and not being able to play any longer. John and his family live in the Seattle area. September 2007 - We are pleased to announce the hiring of Roger Hill as Equipment Sales Representative, effective Monday, September 24th. Roger has been in the aggregate/concrete processing equipment sales arena since starting with Westec Industries as Vice-President in 1989 where he was responsible for setting up and managing the sales for the company during his tenure of 14 years. Since leaving his position there, he has mainly concentrated his efforts in the concrete/readymix and material handling industry where he was the west coast regional sales manager for C&W Mfg. Most recently Roger was with Conaggbit where he served as General Manager of the company as well as continued selling and promoting concrete readymix and conveying equipment to producers throughout the northwest region. Please join us in welcoming Roger Hill to the Transco Northwest Team!
October 2007 - We are extremely pleased to announce the hiring of Terry Chamberlain as Area Sales Representative for the Midwest Region. Terry has spent the last year as an Inside Sales Representative for Industrial Supply Solutions Inc. Prior to joining ISSI, Terry spent 24 years with Motion Industries starting as a Delivery/Warehouse Worker and ending as an Outside Sales Representative. Terry has extensive knowledge in industrial machinery and technical assistance including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, lubrication, hose and fittings. He has attended some of the finest technical sales seminars held by manufacturers. Terry and his family will continue to reside in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
